Why Homeowners in Arlington, WA Trust Us

★★★★★
I had an amazing experience with Lynden Sheet Metal for my plumbing service! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They showed up quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right the first time. They also have affordable and honest prices unlike other companies. Other companies quoted us $6000-$16,000 for the job while Lynden Sheet Metal was only a fraction of that low end price. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work!

We had a plumbing issue for years. We have had other plumbers come out to assess the issue. Lynden Sheet Metal, specifically Tim, came out and assessed the issue in about 20 minutes. He was super nice, kept us apprised of everything he was going to do, he took extreme care, and cleaned up his mess. He also ran tests and checked other things to make sure he was covering all the bases. I couldn't be happier with Tim's service.

I wasn't sure if there was a real problem with my water pressure since it seemed to become less over the last month. The City came out and said it was low at the house but fine on their end. The tech came out and crawled under my condo (very small opening) and adjusted the pressure and inspected below the house and found no other problems. He then came into the kitchen, cleaned the aerator filter and all is well! Very nice, respectful of my floors and trouble shooter beyond what he needed.

Plumbing Repairs for Arlington Homes

Many Arlington homes built in the last 20 years are now reaching their first round of major repairs. Original water heaters, toilet parts, and faucet cartridges tend to wear out around the same time. Small issues often show up together.

Here are signs your home is due for a plumbing repair.

  • Water heater over ten years
  • Rusty water from the tap
  • Toilets running between flushes
  • Leaks under sinks
  • Rising water bills

Taking care of these early keeps a minor fix from turning into water damage. We tell you which items need attention now and which can wait.

New Plumbing Installation in Arlington

Outside city limits, many properties around Arlington rely on private wells, and water quality varies from place to place. Inside town, older homes downtown may still have original galvanized or cast iron lines. Each situation shapes what we recommend.

We install water heaters, faucets, toilets, shower valves, and new plumbing for remodels and additions. For well homes, we choose equipment with your water in mind. For older homes, we update connections so new fixtures perform the way they should.

Every install comes with a clear explanation and a fair price.

Everyday Plumbing Services Around Arlington

Arlington’s spot in the Stillaguamish valley means wet winters and the occasional flood. Cold air settles into the low ground during winter snaps, and snow tends to stick around longer here than in towns along the water. Pipes in garages, crawl spaces, and exterior walls are the most at risk.

Our plumbing services include drain cleaning, leak detection, water heater repair and replacement, pipe repair, toilet and faucet repair, garbage disposals, and winter preparation. We also provide commercial plumbing for local businesses. Our team handles heating and electrical work too.

Having one company for all three makes it easier to keep your home running year-round.

A Service Call in Smokey Point

Chris lives in a newer home near Smokey Point. One evening he found water pooling on the garage floor next to his water heater.

Our plumber found the tank was leaking from the bottom, a sign it had reached the end of its life. He explained the replacement options and helped Chris choose a unit sized for his family. The new water heater went in the next morning.

Chris had hot water again by lunch. He also learned how to flush the new tank to help it last.
