Long before Rose Knows, there was just Rose — the woman who answered the phones, ran the front desk, and helped keep Lynden Sheet Metal running for over 30 years. She’s not a character. She’s the real person behind the voice you’ve heard on the radio for decades.

One day, a woman walked into the office, saw Rose at the front desk, and turned right back around. A few minutes later she came back — with her husband in tow — just to prove to him that Rose was real.
