What counts as a piece of equipment?

Each individual unit is counted separately for promotional pricing.

Example: A system with more than one unit counts as multiple pieces. A furnace plus a heat pump counts as two pieces of equipment.

Offer Details

Promotion may launch before September 1. Customers may call as soon as the promotion is live.
To qualify, the customer must call and schedule the qualifying maintenance appointment no later than September 30, 2026.
The maintenance appointment itself may occur after September 30 based on scheduling availability.
Offer is available to new and existing LSM customers.
One promotional offer per service address. Separate rental or service addresses may qualify independently.
$79 promotional price requires enrollment in the LSM HomeCare Plan.
$79 applies to the first qualifying piece of equipment only.

Each furnace, heat pump, air conditioner, air handler, fireplace, water heater, etc. is considered a separate piece of equipment.
HomeCare membership charges are separate from the $79 promotional maintenance price.
Customers who do not enroll in HomeCare may receive $50 off maintenance on one qualifying piece of equipment.
The $79 HomeCare offer and $50-off offer may not be combined.
Cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.
Equipment eligibility and HomeCare coverage are subject to the current LSM HomeCare Plan.
